1. No Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges after the product has been delivered. Once the product is paid for in full and the customer decides they no longer want it, any delivery and return charges will be deducted before releasing any payment. This will be clearly explained to the customer on a call.

This policy applies only to Chennai. Orders placed from other districts cannot be canceled once placed, so please read the policy carefully before placing an order. Chennai is excluded from this restriction.

If the customer informs us after delivery that the product is not wanted, we will not replace or exchange it unless the product delivered was incorrect due to our team's error. If the customer damages the product after delivery, it will not be returned or exchanged.

2. Refunds

If the customer sends payment and our team is unable to obtain the products from retail suppliers, the amount will be fully refunded.

No refunds will be issued for products that are damaged by the customer after delivery. Additionally, certain products are non-refundable; customers should check with our team before making a purchase.

3. Delivery Issues

If our customer support team is unable to deliver the requested products to the specified location, we will verify with the team and either attempt delivery to another location or issue a full refund. This policy applies strictly when the delivery location or item is unserviceable or unavailable.
